About: Arnette is taking it next level….especially if you have littles up on the hill with you. The Arnette Mini Series Goggle is a stylish little goggle. Featuring a big logo blast on the band, and elastic coating to prevent slippage, Arnette kept this one simple, clean, and easy for your mini-me.
From the kiddo: “Dad, I like em, you know that!”
At $45, it is hard to beat. This top shelf goggle is stylish for your little’s, and functional!
A bit about the brand:
Did you know Arnette was born more than 20 years ago in a one car garage in Orange County? Yup, all true. One of the first eye-wear brands to really embrace the action sports culture of the snow/skate/surf/MX lifestyles: pure so-cal. Arnette’s snow goggles are inspired by the love for riding and the joy of ripping it with your buddies/kiddo’s/wife/co-workers……you get the idea.
- 3 layers of high tech foam to keep your kiddos face comfy. And this is not any ol’ foam, this is moisture-wicking polar fleece!
- Kids don’t like fogging. Neither do parents. Arnette get’s that! So, Arnette designed the “Cool Breeze venting system” keeping air moving through your lens to prevent fogging! Where is the “like” button?
- Lens features anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings. This is crucial because kids do not use goggle bags. At least mine don’t.
- Most kids these day’s are in helmets. This goggle features a silicon gripper strip for a secure fit with a helmet on their nugget.
The fact Arnette has a kid’s goggle is amazing. My kid’s did no have any complaints about the goggle. I did not either.
Con’s: Nothing to note.
Location: I used this goggle Feb 2012 at Crystal Mountain Resort.
Conditions: Varied from sunny (clear and cold) to storm conditions.
Foggage: Goggles did not fog during his use.
